Soul Power- The mask, using the soul binding it naturally has, forces out the normal chakra which is limited within the body, also known as the chakra gates, giving a passive boost of 1 to strength, chakra and speed.

Soul Transference- The Mask is a soul vessel, holding the owner's soul, once it is placed on the owner. When placed on a living or dead body, the soul of the owner, which is inside the mask, gains control over the body, with the mask's soul acting similarly to a bijuu in a jinchuuriki that has been freed from its cage, yet still resides in the body. This means that the person who wears the mask with the owner's soul in it can survive, depending on their chakra. At the same time, the Masked Soul can take over in the same way. The Owner of the mask may also decide to not take over a body, and stay in the mask. If they do so, they may telepathically talk to the one holding the mask. If the body is living, the body and the soul inside the mask have a base chakra vs base chakra + mask chakra fight. If the winner is the living body, the person becomes the new owner of the mask, but if the winner is the mask owner, they control the new body, with the former soul inside the body moving on to the next life. If the winner is the mask owner, then they keep all of their stats, aside from physical. Physical is kept at what the body had, being allowed to increase to what the Owner had in their own body for a 2k wc each time. Cooldown is 2 topics

Soul Binding- Placing the mask on when it has no soul inside it, or becoming the new owner of the mask binds the mask to the user. If the mask is ever lost or stolen, it will teleport back to the owner so long as the owner remains alive. The owner may also safely remove the mask, without losing ownership, although the abilities of the mask are only active when the mask is within a foot of the owner, except the teleportation. The teleportation can happen up to a mile away from the owner. 

Soul Protection- The owner of the mask becomes immune to soul-altering techniques, including the Human Path of the rinnegan, or the Dead Demon Consuming Seal(Which cannot be used by a mask owner, since they cannot pay the toll). This is due to the mask being used as a vessel, rather than the body, changing completely how the soul to body control works, essentially blocking off the soul in the mask from being altered, or even sensed. This is only immunity to effects which alter the owner's soul, or sense the owner's soul.

Hardened Spirit- As well as boosting the health, chakra, and strength of the user, the Mask can boost its own durability, making the durability go up to X rank. It does this by consuming chakra from the user, enhancing the durability of the mask at a cost of B rank chakra each post.

Need a cool down of a bit on this, and a bit more detail on how the user transfers their soul.

Teleport needs a range, yin immunity would be another technique by itself and quite a hefty one at that.
