What it does:

Sensing: Anyone with this ring in can sense where another member who wears the ring at all time. They can tell what country they are in as well. This is a active ability not needing a CP cost to use.

Telepathy: Anyone who wears the ring can telepathy talk to someone no matter what country they are in. To use this ability is 15CP
