What it does: Using their eyes, the user can shift themselves, others, and objects, up to 30 meters away from their original location. The user can increase the range of this technique by instantaneously changing place with a remote space, such as swapping places with a discarded flak jacket or even empty space. Due to its speed, in combat, this technique has proven to be especially useful for launching surprise attacks against enemies within its range. This techniques swaps the targets at SS rank speed. It can be used to swap the positions of a combination of any 2 people, objects or jutsu including the user within 30 meters of the user. This technique may be used in conjunction with other jutsu or abilities. For example, the user can create a rasengan and then swap places with something, including empty space, next to an opponent within 30 meters to perform a surprise attack. This technique may be used up to 3 times consecutively but will go on a cooldown of 18 posts if used more than once. If only used once it will go on a cooldown of 6 posts.
