Blade of Eroding Life: The permafrost that gathers to form this blade is said to have the ability to destroy life on contact due to its sheer cold. This ability can be amplified through concentration of chakra through the blade, giving it the power to freeze anything with C rank health instantly, their blood freezing from the slice. C ranks have one post to live requiring immediate medical attention and fire immolation of A rank to offset the ice taking over their body. If  B rank health they have 2 posts to immolate themselves in a fire technique with at least b rank power to escape death, followed up by a medical jutsu of at least B rank or higher or they will suffer paralysis from their nerves having been frozen as well from the slice. A rank health and above is immune to the freezing effects Costs 1 A Rank, cooldown of 5 posts.

Reform Blade: As Yukianesa is newly formed every time it is redrawn, it can be restored even if the blade has been cleanly cut in two, recovering from all damage upon redrawing. Costs 1 E rank per reform.

Master of Ice: Yukianesa gives the user that ability to manipulate Ice, thus allowing them manipulation of said Ice at A rank speed and power within 15m. Costs A rank initial and C rank upkeep, cooldown of X posts used.

Summon: Like all Nox Nyctores, Yukianesa can be summoned at the users reaction speed for battle. Costs 1 E rank to summon, free to desummon

Blade of Eroding Life needs a flat Resist cause our new system cant be halved, Fractioned or Percented

Reform can only be done with a E-rank price, and Desummoning of the blade can be for free

C-rank Health for Instant, B-rank needs Fire, A-rank and above is Immune

Can Medical Ninjutsu save a Unthawed C-rank and below? or even a B-rank and Below? if so what is the minimum rank required?
