Barrier - the user may activate a barrier from their palm which has a health of one rank below their willpower, it lasts for 1 post and costs a C rank chakra. It has a cool down of two posts. Flight - by activating the jet pack upon the armor with their chakra the user may fly at a cost of E rank chakra per post. | Alright make one ability called Seals, and list all the stat boosts as seals, giving you all your stat boosts your looking for plus one more ability | |
