What it does: This is a seal that inexorably links two souls, establishing the dominance of one over the other. For the master, it allows him to issue vocal commands to his servant, which, if heard, must be obeyed without question. Disobedience is not punished, as it simply does not exist, being that the servant is the slave of the seals.
The seal has three charges, and if all three are used, the jutsu dissolves and can never be used again, being that the servant is set free. These charges are used for the following:
Nonvocal commands: the user can send a single command or set of commands in a single post by expending a charge. These are absolute commands, just like the vocal ones.
Summoning: The user can expend a charge to summon the servant to his side, or reverse-summon himself to the servant's location. This bypasses summoning blockers and summoning/teleportation detectors.
Refuel: The user can expend a charge to refill his own or his servant's Chakra, the powerful energies of the seal being recycled.
Number of charges remaining are listed on the master's stat page. As long as the master still has the jutsu, he can train 3,500 words of concentrated focus to rebuild a charge.
Character Specific: Konoha's Hokage and Konoha ninja as master and servant respectively.

Bonus Requirements: Only one can exist. Master and servant must have agreed OOCly upon this arrangement before character application has started for the servant.
Backstory: This was the Asura House's gift to Kirito - a control switch for their young descendant.
