Jinkoku was a well hidden village. After the run in with the two mysterious shinobi, Kaito had decided to up his defenses. Nothing would be allowed in the air space and shinobi would be patrolling the borders to transfer any information to the guarding units at the entrances of the village. Well, this time, one ERU shinobi had been left with leading a small patrol unit. They were out in the mountain terrain looking for any sign of intruders or lucky wanderers, like that Basara guy. On this day they so happened to come across a hawk that seemed to scouting for something. It wasn't food because from where the guards were positioned, they were able to see something attached to the leg. They immediately brought the bird down, without harming it, and unstrapped the scroll. Once reading it they'd bring the information to the Raikage.
Five minutes later....
One of the guards opened the door, finding Kaito sleeping in his chair. "Eh-ehm!" Kaito opened his left eye and woke up when he realized that one of his guards had entered the room. How embarrassing! "Yes! Yes! What can I help you with?" The young Raikage leaned forward, crossing his hands on his desk. "This is for you Raikage-Sama." The guard walked over to the desk and set the scroll down, where Kaito would open it and begin reading.
"It's been a while.....Uh, guard! Inform the ERU and tell Domon to take charge while I'm out. Make sure those two that were brought in do not leave." The boy would stand from his seat and activate his EMS, using Kamui to vanish from the room.
