Raise Your Swords! (Io)

Gwynevere sat happily upon the head of the Slain Dragon. She was pooped! She'd actually had to do some running herself during that last battle. Not something that she was too happy about, but she shrugged it off. It's not like she'd been the one to suffer the most damage from the battle. From her Back She Withdrew Balmung, and Arngoth, and tossed them to Belin and Gawain Respectivley. "You did well my noble knights! Mighty and powerful Dragon Slayers, the both of you! By my right as Mizukage I promote you two to the rank of S-Rank Shinobi of The Land of Water! The swords are your symbols of office! Use Them Well, and protect your people!"

Gawain caught his sword, stuck it into the ground, and stood on his knee. "By my oath as a knight, and my honor as a dragon slayer. I will protect your lands as I protect your body. Your people are my people, your land my home. So long as I live within your grace I will find the will to protect all that you hold dear. So Swear I, Sir Hikaru Gawain, Knight of the Rain."

Arcanis was about to leave the country thinking that his trip here had indeed been pointless. But as he was leaving he stumbled across a ceremony of some kind. Stopping his motorcycle He got off and would wait till the end. He hoped that an informal conversation might convince her one last time to reconsider. He used his chakra suppression this time to reduce his chakra output as the eyepatch was uncomfortable when using the infinity armor which he wore when riding Fenrir.

Arc was surprised as the three of the Water Knights fell dead as he watched. Running up to see what was wrong it seems they had taken their own lives. Arc Shook his head. It made no sense. He wondered what it was that would cause them to do this....Maybe the Mizukage didn't have the dedication to her village that the other Kage had. And the knights loyal to the end would stand by her side. Unfortunately to Arc their tragic deaths would be the worst of all. arc would listen carefully for the sound of their hearts beating....

Seems the 3 are truely dead. Arc couldn't do anything about them. Must have been some sort of suicide pact. Arc would bring the bodies gear and these swords they had with them, (I'll pay for them being she didn't) Back to the Library where he would preform some tests.
