What it does:

This ability is passive requiring no chakra cost. Pain has the ability to sense all chakra above D in the country he is in at the cost of one C rank. Pain can distinguish these chakras and tell what kind of bloodline a person has within them whether it is a doujutsu or a element. This ability does not need an activation cost.

What it does:

In this state Pain unlocks it by knowing the only way he can succeed is if he has the help of his allies and friends. Pain's chakra and speed stat raise by 100 while his health raise by 50. Pain obtains 300CP as well as 40+ reaction time. As well as +25 to jitsu power and speed You will get SP not CP. And you would not unlock it from the reason stated. It is a sage mode and so you would unlock it by gathering nature energy.

In this state Pain is unable to be detected by any form of sensings because in this state his chakra is so powerful it stops sensing. Doujutsu that can sense chakra or see it like the byakugan can see you and this is only while in this sage mode No. Just no.

Pain is also able to absorb jutsu that are A rank and below. He can only asorb thw jutsu if the power of the jutsu is not hifher than his chakra statTo use this ability is 75CP. You cannot absorb all jutsu. Ninjutsu I might allow if you give me a reason you can absorb it.

Pain also has the ability to fly at his speed stat. While in flight Pain is able to fly 500 feet into the air. To use this ability costs 75CP This needs to say per post

The user must stand still for 2 posts to gather natural energy in order to enter sage mode. If user is a Jinchuuriki with its Full Beast Mode mastered they may have their bijuu gather the Natural Chakra for them

You can return to normal at any time, however, you will go into a cooldown of as many posts used and you will need to repay the activation cost to re enter

If someone obtains Super Saiyan God Sage Mode they have the ability to learn Ki Release a Kekkei Tota

That's too good an ability for too little, also needs the normal sage stuff.
