Appearance: A simple black cross will form upon the targets skin about one inch by one half inch big.
What it does: Once the seal is placed upon the target they will have their sins judged(IC actions/back story/personality), if the person is judged to have committed more sins than acts of good(should be easy to figure out) their speed will be reduced by half for three posts. If they hold horrible sins(slaughtering innocents, rape, etc) they will be completely paralyzed for one post. Regardless, the seal needs six posts before the effects can be re-introduced. Of course if one is not overtly sinful(did some gambling, but helps the soup kitchen) then this seal will NOT affect them in any sort of way. The sins will be agreed upon with the user and all of the staff when the jutsu is used, this will be based off of character bio and threads they have been in.

| this is a S rank jutsu. it is incredibly powerful. that being said increase the rank to decrease the resist. also e rank is limited to 10 in every field. so you would only be able to reduce speed by ten. we don't do fractions unless they are really high ranking things. This jutsu your pretty much becoming the judge and jury of peoples actions....that needs to be a higher rank. | |

| Sheit forgot to make this scaling, yeah no way should this be an E though I would argue due to the limitations on it's effectiveness it should be an A. So unless I can make jutsus before being able to do them, I'd say let's get back to this one. | |
