What it does:
The wielder of the X-Blade, a legendary weapon who's very existence coincides with this dimension is able to do a number of effects with this technique.
Manifestation: The user is able to cause Kingdom Hearts to manifest itself in the sky, although it is completely unreachable and not actually in the dimension. Purely cosmetic, costs no CP due to it basically doing nothing except look really cool
Open the Door: The user is able to open the door to Kingdom Hearts, causing a door 20m tall and 10m wide to appear within 20m of them. The door has a health of 200 and costs 20cp to form.
Infinite Knowledge and Power: Through borrowing the power of Kindom Hearts, which has infinite knowledge and power within, all things learned within the dimension are cut by 1/3 cost due to it being learned within.
Hidden Heart: Kingdom Hearts is absolutely unable to be found by anyone without the wielder's permission due to it only being able to be unsealed by the wielder, no exceptions. The only way to get in is through the door.
Changing the Heart: The Wielder (or whoever is there somehow) through borrowing and imposing the ultimate power of Kingdom Hearts onto themselves can be used to modify their chakra to give them a Bloodline. This can only happen once per character/being/enitity/whatever, absolutely no acceptions in any way shape or form.
